We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return unopened boxes within 30 days of shipping for a full refund. Opened sachets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but we review these cases individually.

Email sales_support@flowhealth.ch with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by Flow Health for defective or incorrect items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The funds will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
